To guarantee timely processing of your order, please make sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information will prevent the processing of your order.

If an item is temporarily out of stock we will advise by e-mail. Your credit card will not be billed on a backordered item until the merchandise is shipped. Return Policy:

Within 30 days of receipt of your Online order, you may return UNUSED items for a full refund. Merchandise must be in new condition and in its original packaging. That means, you cannot return bent Brads, Cardstock with holes if it was sold without holes and other merchandise that was in any way removed from its packaging and placed on a screenplay.

Please note that only UNOPENED, UNUSED, screenwriting software can be returned within 7 days of receipt. DO NOT RETURN OPENED SOFTWARE OR ATTEMPT TO RETURN SOFTWARE WITHOUT RECEIVING AN RMA number. If software is returned to us without an RMA number or beyond the 7 days we will charge a $25 restocking fee.

To return an item, you must indicate the reason for the return and e-mail: We will respond with a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION number (RMA). Write the RMA [Return Merchandise Authorization number] on your invoice and include it with the merchandise you are returning. Mail the package via UPS or Insured Parcel Post to the address indicated in the RMA E-mail that we send to you. Please note that there is no refund on shipping charges and you are responsible for the shipping when returning an item. We will only refund shipping costs if the return was a result of OUR error.

Once we have determined that the item(s) meet the conditions for return, we will issue a refund on the credit card that was used to purchase the merchandise. Please note that there is a $5.00 restocking charge on all returns (except if return is due to OUR error). We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the return. After 30 days we will not accept any returns on merchandise.

For items purchased by Check or Money Order, you will be issued store credit. We do not offer refunds on purchases made by Check or Money Order. Online Order Processing Policy:

Orders are typically processed within 24 – 48 hours if placed Monday – Friday before 1pm and if items ordered are in stock and order is shipped to billing address of credit card holder. Shipping to an address other than the billing address may delay orders. If an order is placed on weekends or holidays, it will be processed the next business day. We ship Fedex Ground Service which typically takes 2 – 10 business days to arrive. Overnight and Saturday Delivery via Federal Express [for destinations in the 48 contiguous states] is available for an additional charge.

Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell merchadise to you. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline processing your order. WE SHIP ONLY TO ADDRESSES IN THE (50) UNITED STATES. Orders with an address OUTSIDE of the 50 United States will not be accepted. Credit cards issued from banks outside of the United States of America WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. In addition, credit card orders with billing addresses OUTSIDE of the 50 United States WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Orders paid by Check are processed within 21 days of receipt. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for Mail orders placed by Check or Money Order to arrive. For faster service, shop securely online with your major credit card.
